From his diverse upbringing to training at Le Cordon Bleu, he’s mastered culinary arts, event management, and food service. Now, as the founder of Trap House Caribbean & Seafood, Chef Dante is blending local ingredients with bold, exotic spices to create unforgettable dishes.
